DanuebHome E-Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
DanuebHome E-Gift Cards can be redeemed both online and at our offline store locations.
DanuebHome E-Gift Card is redeemable for both full-priced and discounted items at DanubeHome.com as well as our offline stores.
DanuebHome E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash either in full or part.
The DanubeHome E-Gift Card is partially redeemable, allowing you to use it in multiple shopping trips across all participating Danube Home stores across the respective countries.
Use of the gift card is limited to the amount of funds held on the card. The full amount of each purchase, will be deducted from the funds available on the gift card, up to the total balance. Any remaining unused balance will be credited to the recipient's gift card account and cannot be transferred. If the gift card's balance is insufficient to cover a purchase, you will need to pay the difference using a valid credit card or debit card.
No replacement or compensation is permissible or payable for a lost E-Gift Card.
Mutilated or defaced E-Gift Cards will not be honored.
E-Gift Cards issued cannot be returned or refunded.
Items purchased using the E-Gift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the website/store.
Gift cards are valid in the country and currency of purchase. Gift cards purchased on danubehome.com can be used on danubehome.com and at Danube Home stores across the country.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except as required by law.
Gift cards are not resellable, and gift card orders cannot be canceled, updated, or refunded.
E-Gift cards may take up to 4 hours on weekdays and up to 12 hours on weekends to become redeemable.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please protect your gift card as you would cash to prevent unauthorized use.
DanubeHome may provide gift card purchasers with information regarding the redemption status of gift cards.
DanubeHome reserves the right to change these terms at its discretion. Any revised terms will apply to gift cards purchased after the revised terms are posted on DanubeHome.com.
Resale of a gift card or unauthorized use for advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. The use of funds on the gift card is a limited right, subject to these terms and applicable law. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, and we reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from such errors.
If we suspect any fraud or misuse in connection with a gift card, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the use of the gift card.
The funds loaded onto the gift card, including any unredeemed balances, are the property of DanubeHome.
Currently, we do not collect or maintain personally identifiable information regarding gift card purchasers. However, we reserve the right to collect personal information as per our privacy policy if necessary to service the gift card, respond to inquiries, or for other purposes.
